For the past few seasons, statement tops have been trending pretty hard. Be it full on prints, balloon sleeves or ruffles; tops with details have been helping those most of us on a crunch for time head out the door looking stylish with less fuss. What I love about them is that you can choose to enhance the details in creating a more elevated, fashion-forward look by implementing various textures and details in the your other pieces or allow for the top to do all the work by styling it with a pair of basic denim or pants.

I hope you all had a great weekend! The weather has been slowly starting to dip. It's been getting a little breezy and I'm going to be honest, I'm pretty excited about it. It allows for me to break out one of my favorite materials for fall, leather! Today is, surprisingly, the first time I've ever paired a button up shirt with a pair of leather pants and a silk one at that.

How was everyone's week? I hope it was good and if it wasn't...it's FRIDAY! That makes it better ;) This week, we're talking all things fall.
