I want to thank you all so much for your advice and suggestions on Monday's post, both on here on the blog and on Instagram. It seems many of you loved your experience with doulas and alternative methods to ease contractions and help with overall labor. I'll definitely keep you all posted on what we decide to do. As mentioned on Monday, I really want to work with a doula, but they can be expensive and sometimes out of network with insurances, but my insurance does work with some, so I'll have to sift through and read on who I'd ideally like to work with. Wish me luck and keep the suggestions coming if you haven't shared already or forgot to mention something!

Happy Monday my beautiful friends!

I hope you all had a great weekend! We had a wonderful time at the park Saturday and Sunday. The weather was absolutely beautiful, so it was packed with kids and Aviah was loving it! You guys, it's amazing how much growth and development happens in a year. If you saw the post I shared on Stories last week, you saw how big she's getting and I just can't handle lit. She's a little social butterfly and when she's at the park and sees a lot of little ones her age, she pushes my hands away and wants to go do her own thing. Like, what? Lol! To think that this time next year I'll be bringing two little ones to the park is just mind blowing to me.

There are quite a number of items I have on heavy rotation, both when I'm pregnant and not. I think it's incredibly important to have a capsule wardrobe, a building block of what essentially makes getting dressed and defining your overall personal style that much easier. In a day and age where we're constantly on the go, it helps to have pieces your know will always work and can mix and match easily and can evolve with your lifestyle, such as becoming a new mom or carrying you through multiple pregnancies. Today, I'm narrowing in on the oversized button down shirt.
