I hope you all had a wonderful week and are ready for some weekend fun! What better way to start the weekend than with a splash of some cheerful yellow! It's a color that's been trending on the runways and streets for some time now and it seem as though it's gaining some momentum, though not nearly as much as blush, but it's getting there, haha.

As I mentioned on Monday, I'm looking forward to wearing as many cute dresses I can this spring and summer, especially as the bump gets bigger and bigger; it's so much easier to dress it! I recently purchased this dress in both the grey color I'm wearing and black. I wanted the mauve color, but that sold out almost instantly, fingers crossed it will be restocked and hopefully other colors added (I'm dreaming of white!).

How do you all feel about Pantone's selection for the color of the year 2017? If you don't know, green has been chosen and not just any green, a somewhat of a lime green shade. The reason it was chosen is to signify new beginnings and revitalization. Quite inspiring, huh?! Well, I understand that not everyone may be fond of this shade, though I can't say I mind it, it's quite pretty if you can think outside of the box.
