Neon + Leather

Hello Beauties!

I hope you all had an amazing day! If not, don't worry, it WILL get better, there's always tomorrow!

It's been slooooowly transitioning to fall here and I must admit, I am enjoying the change. I'm one who likes a little bit of everything, which includes weather and seasons. Plus, who doesn't like experimenting with fall fashion trends and looks, even those who don't experience much of a fall season? Well, this look is pretty much from my birthday shopping that the hubby took me on a few weeks ago. When I took one look at this sweater, I knew that it was the perfect match for my neon scarf and it literally was, the colors are the exact shade! The look came together as I imagined in my head and I'm looking forward to styling the pieces in various ways, separately of course. Because of today's outfit pairing, I came to realize that I like the combination of grey, black, and any neon shade. I feel that the grey and black add that edge factor and allows for the neon pieces to shine. So I will definitely suggest that you try a look that features those three colors and if you do, let me know, I'd love to see your look (tweet, insta-tag, or post on my FB wall)!

If you follow me on Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook, you would have seen the photo I posted of those gorgeous Fendi booties. Seriously, they were gorgeous. But, sadly, she didn't come home with me. I know, I know, how could I resist? Well, my fashion mind said, "heck yeah go for it!" Then my financial mind said, "gurrrl you need to keep it movin'." So this time I decided to listen to my rational, which I have a great relationship with, to say the least! I mean, they were a great deal, for Fendi of course, but it just wasn't practical for me to spend $$$ on a regular shopping outing. If it were for a special occasion, then yes. So let's see, perhaps she really does want to come home with me and won't mind waiting for me until, let's say...Christmas?!? LOL. Only time will tell that ending!

Anyway, what determines what you guys buy or spend? Is it a budget, you don't want to see the look on hubby's face when you need to explain why you "had" to buy yet another pair of___, or just an intuition? Do share below!
