I will be keeping this blog post short and sweet today because I'm exhausted! It seems as though the fatigue is coming back, sigh. But, it's not nearly as bad as my first and early second trimester, which is great.

Today's topic is on one of my favorite wardrobe pieces, which I'm sure Eddie will agree with, shoes! What I love about shoes is that they can really help to pull an outfit together or add a nice bold statement to an otherwise simple look, such is certainly the case with embroidered shoes. Often times when something that's trending gains huge momentum, we begin to see it translated into many forms, making it more relevant to one's personal style or allows for an easier experimentation of a trend without fully committing to a larger piece and price tag!

I hope all my fellow east coast friends kept warm and safe during snowstorm Stella yesterday! We got a lot of snow and the wind was crazy. To top it all off, we have some more snow in our forecast for this Sunday, which I hope we miss because well, one snowstorm is more than enough, lol!
Anyway, I've really been embracing neutrals lately, specifically black and beige. There's something about the combination that reads chic and sophisticated and it's one that looks great on everyone. Another great alternative I'm loving that can actually visually brighten the skin during these dull winter days, which I'm sure we all can appreciate, is camel; they give off the same sophisticated and polished vibe.
