First, I just want to remind you all that I will be uploading videos on Thursdays for the time being, to see how you guys prefer it over Mondays. I know that Mondays can be a bit hectic, since it's the start of the work/school week, which is why I felt Thursdays might be better. Feel free to let me know your thoughts!
Today's post is on yesterday's outfit. I went for a preppy look, which I don't believe I've ever done here on the blog. Even though the preppy style is generally simple, yet classic, I wanted to turn things up a notch by adding a mixture of patterns. To prevent the look from appearing as though my closet threw up on me, lol, I wore a solid colored sweater on top of the flannel button-up shirt. If there's two patterns I would suggest you try combining, it's cheetah and flannel. I think they work together rather nicely and I guess since the flannel is just mere stripes, it doesn't create a look that's a runway fail, but rather a trendy, yet chic duo.
What do YOU guys think? Would you consider wearing this pattern mixture?!
