Who's ready for the weekend!? Rhetorical question, haha; I'm sure we all are!
I've purchased these pants over two years ago and each time I've featured them here on the blog, it's always been a rather dressier outfit (here, here, here). This time around, I decided to pair them with a simple, plain grey tee, minimal accessories, with some pops of blue. Since the satin fabric has a luxurious, dressy vibe, I like how it makes the entire outfit look more dressed up, though it was very effortless.
I love pieces that do the work for me, such as sequins and even more softly textured pieces, such as ruffles. It really helps to take away a lot of the stress when creating an outfit, especially when you just don't know what to wear!
I decided to add pops of baby/serenity blue because we already know that both blush and serenity are the two official colors of the year and they compliment each other ever so nicely! Plus, you already know how I tend to match undertones and since the blue has a cool undertone, it worked perfectly with the grey tee.
