We've been talking a lot about monochrome lately; I've mentioned how it's a great method to use to appear taller and leaner, plus, it always creates a nice chic vibe! There are some things you may want to keep in mind when attempting to create a look using a particular hue and that's mixtures of textures. When wearing one hue or color from head-to-toe, it's easy for the outfit to appear flat and boring. The way to keep it interesting is to add a mixture of textures and fabrics. The mix helps to create visual depth, preventing the look from appearing dull and like I said before, flat. Adding pieces that feature some cool hardware also helps to add some dimension and focal points, to keep the eye moving. To give you an idea on what you can create, try combining leather pieces with cashmere or cable knits come fall for a chic, city slicker vibe!
