Hello Beauties!

Have you ever considered mixing snakeskin with leather in the office? If not, I hope by the end of viewing and reading this post it changes your mind by inspiring you to recreate the look on yourselves.

I've had this skirt for what seems like forever and haven't worn it much on the blog, so the idea came to mind that I should pair it with my light pink faux leather jacket, both purchased at Annie Sez, on sale by the way ;) I not only love how the colors go great together, but I love how the look is very crisp and clean, with some soft touches of spring. If you don't happen to have a snakeskin printed skirt in this color, but a regular navy pencil skirt, I'd suggest pairing it with a light pink top, if you don't have a light pink leather jacket, but if you have a light pink blazer or cardigan, that would work also! However, if you don't happen to have pink, powder blue or mint would look just as great.

Now I understand that you may not have the same pieces or colors that I'm wearing, realistically, so I want to of course provide you with some more options. If you don't  to have a leather jacket, or the one you have just seems a bit too casual for the office, try wearing a leather skirt instead. If you happen to come across a pastel colored leather skirt (which are huge right now, especially at Topshop) and are able to purchase it, do it! You not only would be able to wear it in the spring, but also during the winter season, paired with neutral and warmer tops and blazers. But if you just have black, I would suggest you pair it with a snakeskin blouse. Snakeskin is huge this season and can be found basically anywhere, so you shouldn't have a hard time finding one and for a decent price.

So what do you guys think of the look? Would you re-create it on yourselves?
