Happy Tuesday beauties!
I hope you're all having a great start to your day so far! A question I sometimes get asked from petite ladies is if they can wear knee or thigh high boots without appearing even shorter than they are, and my answer is always yes! The key is in knowing how to wear these kind of boots as well as selecting the best style. A great way to pull them off is to wear a color that blends well with the bottom you're wearing. For example, if you select a pair of black boots and pair them with black leggings, your legs will appear endlessly long and leaner ;)
Another option is to select a boot with a pointed toe instead of rounded. Rounded toes are great if you have larger feet and wish to make them appear smaller, but if you're looking to elongate your legs or to counteract the effect higher boots can have in making you appear shorter, pointed toes are the way to go. They help to visually extend the length of your feet.
I hope you found this post helpful, especially if you're petite and thought you couldn't pull off over the knee or thigh high boots because now you know can :)
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!
Xo,
