Happy Tuesday my beautiful friends!

I'm back with yet another trend report for the season and this one I'm actually quite surprised I'm loving, polka dots! I've never really been one to love or gravitate towards this print. I guess it was because I never found pieces that featured it in a more modern or contemporary design, until now. The designs I've been seeing lately are more of the moment or do have a vintage feel but in a more practical way that isn't as retro. I also love the color variations, ranging from the classic black and white to peach or baby blue that are perfect for the spring season.

As with any print, one may want to keep the scale or size of the pattern in mind to ensure a flattering look. The larger the dots, the larger the area it's worn can appear and the opposite is true with a smaller scale. So, if you don't care to enhance a particular area, you can still wear the pattern, but I'd suggest you go for a smaller print. In addition, I'd suggest you also consider the overall design and fit of the piece and always go for something that you feel absolutely amazing in.

So, tell me, what are your thoughts on polka dots this season? Have you been noticing that it's been popping up everywhere lately?

Thanks so much for stopping by, my friends, and I look forward to seeing you all in tomorrow's post!
