TANK (color I'm wearing is sold out) | JEANS | SNEAKERS | BAG: Similar

Happy Wednesday ladies!

On Monday I briefly mentioned style as it relates to #momlife. I really try my hardest to avoid wearing an oversized t-shirt and biker shorts to the park with the girls because let's be honest, it's often what I'd prefer to wear. Don't get me wrong, I do wear it sometimes, but these days an outing to the park is a huge deal (lol) and so I like to put that extra effort in styling an outfit that's as comfortable as it is stylish. I will say when planning a day or even just a few hours with little ones, sneakers are a must! This is where it can get quite fun because you can experiment with different colors, patterns and styles to help add some interest and style to a simple outfit.

Up until a few years ago, I owned only one pair of sneakers which I reserved for the gym. With time, I've created a little collection to mix and match with my workout looks. Now, I'm looking to build a tennis shoe collection. I've been wanting a pair of Golden Goose trainers for a while now. Last Christmas, Eddie intended on getting me a pair as a gift, but the style I wanted was sold out for the longest while. I recently stumbled upon this pair and fell in love! They have the look of Golden Goose, giving me a test run (no pun intended ;) on how often I'd wear them. Let me just say I've worn them several times since purchasing them and that wasn't too long ago! What I love about them, is the snakeskin pattern combined with gold details. It makes for the perfect shoe to throw on and go, since it pairs well with nearly everything!

That said, I've noticed that along with leopard, snakeskin is trending pretty heavily this fall. I've been spotting a lot of cool and interesting designs, particularly in shoes, that have been catching my eye. I don't own much snakeskin, as it's not one of my absolute favorites, so I tend to be more choosey with it than I am with my beloved leopard. In addition tothese sneakers, I've also purchased these Marc Fisher snakeskin chelsea boots, which I'm looking forward to wearing this fall!

Are you into snakeskin or animal prints? What's your favorite?

I hope you enjoyed today's blog post! Thank you for stopping by and reading and I look forward to seeing you back here again tomorrow!
