Hi beauties!
Today's post is a bit laid back and cozy. I have a lot of work and running around to do today and I just feel like being a little comfy, especially in this cold weather here in NY. But, I'm excited for the days ahead because it's supposedly going to be in the high 50's in the next few days, so I can get back to taking my photos outside. Then again, is it really "normal" for it to be in the 50's around this time of year here?! I guess I really shouldn't complain because the other day, I was talking to a friend of mine and I was telling here how I wished it would be cold, you know REAL winter weather, and then the next day it snowed and was freezing, boy did I eat my words, lol. Now onto the outfit.
I love this tunic that I purchased from Victoria's Secret a few years ago, mainly because of the color and pattern. I absolutely LOVE blush toned colors. They're so romantic and give off this cozy, laid back feel. However, I must admit that when I received it in the mail, I was not too fond of the color at all. It looked completely different than the picture of the model wearing it, so BEWARE when shopping online, especially Victoria's Secret. Almost all of the pieces that I've ordered from them have been different in color in person than how it appeared online, it's usually darker, at least that's been my experience. This tunic is something that must be worn with leggings, in my opinion. I feel that adding boots, just adds that dressed up feel, while also remaining casual because of the platform.
