DN: Portuguese 2

Good morning gorgeous people!

This week, Eddie and I decided to celebrate restaurant week at one of our favorite restaurants, 42 at the Ritz Carlton hotel! First, let me explain the name of the restaurant. The reason it's called 42, is because it's on the 42nd floor of the hotel. In the photo below, the windows in blue locates the restaurant. Now on to the food! The food was exceptional, as always! The chef, Anthony Goncalves, a Portuguese chief, never offers anything less than exquisite. Since it was restaurant week, there was a semi-fixed menu with some outstanding choices. I will include the names of the dishes we had above each photo. The cuisine is what I would say contemporary Portuguese and has been the best Portuguese restaurant that I've ever been to by far!

Last night, I felt a little edge coming over me, lol, which is why I broke out my thrifted leather pencil skirt. I chose to add a feminine twist with the light pink peplum top and some interest and fun with the neon colored animal print shoes, guys, I have way too many things that are animal print in my life, you'd think I'm from New Jersey, lol! I love combining dainty feminine pieces with rough and edgy because I think that's how I would describe my own self, I guess. I'm very girly in many areas of my life, but at the same time, I have an aggressive side of me as well and I think that the combination suits me well.
